We Don't Accept any returns nor do we give refunds. If for any reason you made a mistake on your order unfortunately we will not cancel your order an redo it please read description carefully. We will replace an item or items if it was Damage during shipping, except for Edge Control because of the weather in your city or state edge control texture may change  . In the case your item or items were damage during shipping send us an email within 24hrs once it’s delivered, with your full name ,email used when placing order ,an a picture of the damage item to our customer service email an we will gladly resolve the problem if it’s proven it in fact was damage during shipment 

We're not responsible for lost/stolen packages if it said it’s delivered in our system  . Contact the delivery provider for more Info , all packages does come with Insurance an you may open a claim with USPS.
